The world is now a Global world, where you operate locally and do business with others who are global as if they were your neighbors living locally too. In this Glocal World, our new paradigm is that things are closer together than ever before. Another huge issue in this environment is that the trade flows change rapidly along with your international contacts, business associates, and friends. What you need to do to survive and thrive in this new way of doing things is to carve out a piece of the trade flow for yourself; a piece of pie if you will.

They often say that the best way to make money is to get in the way of the money flow, well, the best way to get a piece of the action with regards to global trading of goods and services is to specialize in a niche and carve out a piece of the trade flow for your business. Luckily, it is a lot easier than it looks. Let’s say you operate a small website and you start getting orders from all over the world, soon folks start to notice you and they ask about becoming vendors, consultants, suppliers and customers.

You are in essence building a world-wide network and entering the trade flow. This of course, is a small example of such a concept, but indeed, one in which anyone can understand.
